PetsClub is your personal assistant and health archive. It doesn't replace a vet visit, but helps you be more prepared and organized. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use high-grade encryption and modern cloud standards to ensure your pets' profiles and medical records are protected.
Can I use the app without internet?
Core data and reminders are available offline once synced to your device.
How can I share a profile with my partner?
You can share access to the same profile by using the same email address and password on both devices. This way, two people can manage the same pets from separate phones.
Is PetsClub free?
Yes. PetsClub has a completely free plan that includes pet profiles, health passport, vaccination tracking, measurements, document storage, feeding timer, tasks, and push notifications for up to 2 pets. Paid plans start at €4.99/month and unlock more pets and advanced features.
Which pets does PetsClub support?
PetsClub supports all types of pets — dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, and more. You can manage multiple pets simultaneously from a single account.
Does PetsClub send vaccination reminders?
Yes. PetsClub sends automatic push notifications for upcoming vaccinations, medications, vet appointments, feeding times, and any custom task you set.
Can I export my pet's health records?
Yes. PetsClub lets you export your pet's full health passport and medical records as a PDF — useful for vet visits, travel, or boarding.
Can PetsClub replace a paper veterinary passport?
PetsClub stores the same information as a paper vet passport — vaccinations, deworming, examinations, measurements — in a digital format you can access from your phone and export as PDF. It cannot legally replace an official EU pet travel document for international travel, but it is a complete digital companion to your paper passport for everyday use.
Is PetsClub suitable for breeders?
Yes. The Pro plan (€12.99/month) supports unlimited animals and includes pedigree tracking, vaccination compliance management, document storage per animal, and PDF export — making it suitable for dog breeders, cat breeders, and other professional breeders.
Is PetsClub suitable for multiple pets?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 2 pets. The Core plan (€4.99/mo) supports up to 5, Plus (€8.99/mo) up to 10, and the Pro plan (€12.99/mo) supports unlimited pets — all managed from one account with instant switching between profiles.
How do I track my dog's vaccination schedule?
In PetsClub, open your dog's profile, go to Health Records, and log each vaccine with its name, date, batch number, and expiry. The app will automatically send you a push notification before the next booster is due. You can also attach the vaccination certificate as a photo or PDF.
What is a digital pet passport?
A digital pet passport is a smartphone-based record of your pet's identity, vaccinations, health history, and documents — the same information found in a paper veterinary passport, but always accessible on your phone. PetsClub functions as a digital pet passport with PDF export. Note: it does not legally replace an EU-issued paper travel passport for international travel.
Can I track my cat's feeding schedule on my phone?
Yes. In PetsClub you set up a daily feeding schedule for your cat by defining meal times, portions, and food type. The app sends a push notification at each scheduled mealtime. iOS users also get a Lock Screen Live Activity countdown to the next meal.
Does PetsClub track pet weight and body measurements?
Yes. PetsClub records 8 body metrics: weight, height, length, chest circumference, chest depth, chest width, limb circumference, and head/muzzle length. Trend charts show changes over time and data can be shared directly with your vet.
Is PetsClub available in Bulgarian?
Yes. Bulgarian is the default language of PetsClub at web.petsclubapp.com. Full English support is available at web.petsclubapp.com/en/.
Does PetsClub store vet documents and certificates?
Yes. You can upload PDFs, photos, and scanned certificates — vaccination cards, blood tests, vet prescriptions, insurance documents — to each pet's profile. Documents are stored in secure cloud storage and are always accessible, even offline.
